A Royal Debut: Continuing Matty Hams’s narrative arc in Episode Eight of RFDS, the character - played by Jack Scott - surprises colleagues and friends alike when his interest in drag takes center stage. Making his debut at a fundraising event as Miley High, Matty is introduced by Broken Hill’s resident drag superstar, Dolly Hardon (Trevor Ashley).

This highly camp scene called for movement that was simple in structure but rich in drama - a high-energy showdown between two queens more than ready to outdo one another - all choreographed to Diana Ross’s signature anthem, “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.”
